Maintenance Helper Job Description We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Helper to support our maintenance team with general facility upkeep and repair activities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to use basic hand and power tools, and willing to learn maintenance procedures in a fast-paced facility setting. Responsibilities Assist with maintenance projects and perform basic repairs. Conduct facility clean-up and move materials as needed. Install equipment such as TV monitors and other fixtures. Help maintain a safe and organized work environment. Support the maintenance team in electrical and mechanical repairs. Essential Skills Experience in facility maintenance, cleaning, and use of hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or general labor. Experience with facility clean-up and basic repairs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bessemer, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
