Hours:
Monday -Friday:
7:30 AM - 4:30 PMDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Maintenance Manager as needed. (e.g. transport vehicles, assist with appliance replacements, be available for two person tasks, etc.). Perform routine and preventative preservation of facilities. (e.g. painting and pressure washing, floor waxing Ensure safe facilities. (e.g. repair or replace flooring) Schedule and perform all routine and minor repairs on a timely basis for all facilities. (e.g. HVAC filter replacements, internal vent cleaning, etc.) On-call 7 days a week for emergency purposes only.Pay:
$15.38 - $19.71 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per weekBenefits:
