A Facility Agent Card is required for this position. We're hiring a dependable and detail-focused Custodian/Maintenance Worker to join our facility team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and compliance of our environment. Position Responsibilities:

Perform daily sanitation of restroom facilities, employee break areas, and shared spaces Manage laundry for garments, towels, and other reusable items Sweep, mop, and disinfect areas according to SOPs and schedules Monitor supply levels and restock cleaning agents and janitorial materials Adhere to waste disposal protocols, including bio-waste and general refuse Report any maintenance or safety issues to the

Facilities Manager Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High attention to cleanliness, organization, and health standards Dependable work ethic and ability to follow structured routines Comfortable working in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments Previous janitorial, sanitation, or custodial experience preferred Familiarity with cannabis facility hygiene protocols a plus Willingness to cross-train in trimming and packaging roles Strong communication skills and team-first mentality

Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; standing, kneeling, and bending required Use of cleaning agents and sanitizers; tolerance for odors and materials Must be able to work in environments with strict cleanliness expectations Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and regulations
