Job Description
Position Summary The Property Facility Attendant helps maintain the cleanliness, safety, and basic functionality of the property. This role includes light maintenance tasks, trash removal, and general property upkeep to ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and welcoming for vendors and visitors. Key Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, touch-up painting, tightening fixtures, and replacing bulbs.
- Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Empty trash cans throughout the property and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean spills, debris, and hazards promptly.
- Assist with moving tables, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly. Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and simple repairs.
- Able to perform physical tasks as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and standing.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning supplies and light tools.
