This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping facilities clean and functional, and can troubleshoot a variety of maintenance needs. Responsibilities Grounds upkeep — mowing, trimming, debris removal, landscaping support Facility maintenance — restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, common areas Light repairs — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting Site preparation — leveling pads, checking hookups, ensuring sites are guest-ready Safety checks — inspecting equipment, reporting hazards Guest support — friendly assistance with minor issues or questions Qualifications Experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or similar work Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safe work practices Strong communication and customer service skills Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work independently Schedule & Compensation Part-time position Must be available on Weekends and Holidays How to Apply Send your resume and a brief introduction to our office or email us at
