English / Japanese (Japanese preferred) ▶︎ Key Responsibilities ・Provide customer service to domestic and international customers by phone and email. ・Prepare parts quotations and process orders and back orders. ・Coordinate parts shipping, invoicing, and related documentation. ・Coordinate with Japan Headquarters, local vendors, Sales, and Accounting. ・Manage parts inventory, including warehouse control and missing-part investigations. ・Maintain accurate parts and customer information in the System. ・Handle special parts (S-Number) and parts updates, including pricing and alternatives. ・Support customer inquiries, special projects, and other duties as assigned. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills ・Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. ・Customer service, order processing, or related experience preferred. ・Strong communication and customer service skills. ・Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ・Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. ・Ability to learn and use the Rheon System and other Company software. ・Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
