Landscape Construction Laborer/mason:

I'm looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, and professional landscape construction worker to join our team. Must have verified work experience with credible work references. Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work every day, Monday through Friday. On time, every day. Bi-lingual preferred but not mandatory. We are a fully licensed and insured business with payroll every other Friday. We offer holiday pay on all the major holidays (Christmas, thanksgiving and 4th of July) as well as bonuses and overtime pay. Good experience, job performance, ambition, and work ethic shows me the signs of leadership and the potential for growth within the company and in return - higher earned wages as time progresses. Experience/duties:

Some of the listed skills/job duties necessary for the position are as follows- understanding the installation process of the following: Masonry work including block walls, interlocking paver patios, flagstone patios and pathways, concrete foundations, finished concrete, , stone veneer, stucco, carpentry skills for building concrete forms, fences, decks etc. , heavy equipment operation and more.

Landscape Maintenance Laborer and Crew Lead Positions:

I'm looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, and professional landscape maintenance worker to join our team. Must have minimum 5 years professional gardening/ landscape maintenance and plant care experience with work experience references. Must know the basics of how to operate all types of gardening power tools. Must be comfortable working on ladders up to 10' tall. Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work every day, Monday through Friday. On time, every day. Must have an understanding of rose care and trimming including dormant rose pruning. Must have an understanding on shrub care and pruning. Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely. Preferably bi-lingual. We are a fully licensed and insured business that pays bi-weekly and offers holiday pay on all the major holidays (Christmas, thanksgiving and 4th of July) as well as bonuses and overtime pay. Project Estimator Position:

I am looking to add someone to the team who is interested in the fundamentals of running a landscape contracting business. This position requires many years of professional landscape installation, construction and management experience. I am looking to bring someone onto the team to assist me in the sales and estimating process. I've reached a point in my business where I am struggling to get estimates out fast enough to potential clients due to the volume of inquiries. This position would be for someone with experience in generating landscape project estimates as well as direct project sales with the consumer. Part time or full time opportunity. The hourly wage/salary on this position is negotiable and highly dependent on experience.

Experience:

Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and methodologies is required. Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors. Experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on landscape development. Proficient in using software tools for project management and documentation. Experience with outside sales of landscape projects. Full understanding of how to read construction blueprints/plans Experience with sales in the landscape/construction industry
