Maintenance Assistant Napa Post Acute 📍 Napa, CA 💰 $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE) 🕒 Full-Time Join Our Team at Napa Post Acute! Napa Post Acute is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping facilities operating smoothly, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the overall maintenance and appearance of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility by: Assisting with general building maintenance and repairs Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner Completing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects Maintaining grounds and outdoor areas as needed Assisting with equipment inspections and minor repairs Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and facility standards Transporting supplies and equipment when necessary Keeping maintenance areas organized and stocked Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, building services, or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, or hospitality is a plus Why Napa Post Acute?
