• Full-time Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, cleaning resort of pine needles and maintianing pool/spa along with other tasks that need repair.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Coordinate with management for specialized repairs or installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees and members of the resort. We are a members only campground and customer service is a must have!
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and maintaining the resort and equipment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance/ repair.
