Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, equipment, and building infrastructure using hand tools and power tools Conduct landscaping and landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, lawn care, and hardscape installation Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for construction or landscaping projects Maintain outdoor areas by performing snow plowing during winter months and ensuring pathways are safe and accessible Assist with irrigation system installation and upkeep to promote healthy landscaping Support tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and planting to enhance landscape aesthetics and safety Execute general construction tasks such as installing or repairing fences, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance or construction environments Familiarity with landscaping techniques including lawn care, gardening, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently Knowledge of horticulture principles and irrigation systems is preferred Experience in snow plowing or winter maintenance is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and upkeep Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us in creating a vibrant environment through your hands-on skills!
