Job Description

We're looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You'll work mostly in the field, attending to the service requests of our mostly single-family renters and some apartment tenants. You will operate independently and will be responsible for assessing the issues and determining the best course of action that balances the needs of the tenants with the duty to the owner. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Compensation:
$52,500 - $72,500 per year, +

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
