Clubhouse Facilities Crew Member - Wood Ranch Golf Club Century Golf Partners Management - 3.1 Simi Valley, CA Job Details Full-time $18 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Guest relations Outdoor work experience High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Clubhouse Facilities Crew Member Job Description Position Summary The Clubhouse Facilities Crew Member is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, cleanliness, and operational readiness of clubhouse facilities, including pool areas, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards Key Responsibilities Facility Maintenance & Repairs Perform skilled building maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs Repair and maintain clubhouse structures, windows, and outbuildings; paint and restore surfaces as needed Conduct routine plumbing and electrical work (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing bulbs, repairing fixtures) Complete general maintenance and repair work orders, assessing needs, gathering tools/materials, and executing repairs Cleaning & Sanitation Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interiors (kitchens, restrooms, common areas) and exteriors (walls, windows, grounds) Use pressure washers for exterior cleaning; ensure all areas meet health department standards Remove debris from clubhouses and surrounding areas; maintain safe, tidy workspaces Operational Support Assist with setup and breakdown of events, activities, and seasonal pool operations Monitor equipment usage, report maintenance needs, and coordinate with vendors or contractors Enforce clubhouse rules and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being Compliance & Safety Follow Pierce County Health Department guidelines and respond to inspections or orders Apply occupational hazard knowledge and safety practices in all work Maintain confidentiality and follow all club policies and procedures Required Qualifications Education/Experience High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years in facilities/maintenance work Experience with hand and power tools, basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work preferred Valid California driver's license and clean driving record Skills Problem-solving and decision-making in maintenance contexts Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and guest interaction Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Knowledge of safety regulations and hazard prevention Work Environment Schedule Full-time, non-exempt; hours may vary with seasonal needs May require weekend/holiday work for events or pool operations Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and perform manual labor Regular standing, walking, and bending; exposure to weather conditions In essence , the Clubhouse Facilities Crew Member ensures that clubhouse spaces are safe, clean, and functional, supporting both daily operations and special events, while adhering to health, safety, and operational standards
