Responsibilities Troubleshoot work orders daily for residents prioritizing the service requests and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion. Daily and monthly sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas including hallways, entryways, stairs, decks and sidewalks. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants and communicating effectively about repair status. Pick up trash, pull weeds, remove leaves, trim bushes. Replace outdoor light fixtures and bulbs. Painting communal areas, fences and exterior walls. Paint apartment walls when not painting entire apartment to make ready for new tenants. Repairing, installing and unclogging toilets, toilet tanks,sinks, bathtubs, showers, faucets, garbage disposals and exterior drains. Replace wall sockets Install electrically powered appliances such as ceiling lights and ceiling fans. Drywall repair and installation Requirements Proficiency with plumbing system maintenance and building interior upkeep. Skilled in using hand tools, paint equipment and minor plumbing tools Strong communication skills in English; capable of providing clear instructions and documentation.
