Must have excellent customer relations with the ability to perform, and recognize janitorial, landscaping and light maintenance needs such as but not limited to Landscape, building exterior and interior clean up, etc. and ability to operate and routinely maintain site equipment as needed.

Job requirements:

• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Able to work in a team environment toward the goals set forth by immediate Supervisor.
• Perform Janitorial, Landscape duties are required. Some general maintenance duties, willing to train.
• Position requires no physical or medical limitations
• Ability to organize priorities, be a self starter with good time management skills.
• Possess a valid California driver's license.
• 3 years of Landscape and Janitorial experience required.
