We are primarily focused on gardening and maintenance, rather than landscaping so detail and a commitment to increasing plant knowledge and attention to detail is a must. We do not do any heavy landscaping, just the occasional new garden install. Preferred applicants will have relevant gardening experience. Must be dependable and understand that work is not optional. Capable of working independently or with a team depending on project. Strong communication skills. If an offer is made, you will start as a Temp until you have worked a total of 30 billable hours. This is a probationary period including training, to be paid at $16/hour. If job performance was satisfactory, you will be offered a position for the season, with option to continue to following year if in good standing at the end of the season at our starting wage of $17/hour.
