Job Description

Pay:
$22.00 per hour Must take job seriously, punctual. MUST pass background check. No felony, no Sex offendersMedical Office Building. You will manage all aspect of office building General Maintenance including plumbing, light electrical, HVAC ( diagnosis ), patch and paint, apartment clean and make ready. Approx 20 hours a week. Must be able to lift upto 50 Lbs. We offer equal opportunity for all members.
Qualifications:
Prior Office Building Management Maintenance experience is a MUST, oral, organization and written communication skills, and computer skills.
