Job Description
Maintenance Person Duties:
The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and safety of two mobile home parks. This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and assisting with property improvements as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. This is a part time positionof 20 hours a week and potential more hours when needed.Experience:
- Snow removal experience preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
