The Maintance Aide will assist with the daily upkeep of our community and help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
Assist the Maintenance Director with the daily upkeep and maintenance of the community. Perform general cleaning and upkeep of common areas, resident areas, and outdoor spaces. Assist with basic repairs and maintenance throughout the building. Respond to maintenance requests and assist with completing work orders. Help move, assemble ad arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies. Assist with painting, minor repairs, and general handyman tasks. Assist with maintaining the grounds and exterior areas of the community. Help with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and outdoor cleanup as needed. Assist with trash removal and maintaining designated areas in a clean and orderly condition. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards or needed repairs to the Maintenance Director. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. provide courteous and respectful service to residents, families, visitors, and staff. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Previous experience in maintenance, housekeeping, facilities or a related field is preferred. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Able to work independently and as part of a team. strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required. Must be able to stand, walk, bend kneel, climb stairs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
