Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking reliable applicants to fill a temporary position of light property maintenance Position requires good communication and motivation. Individual will report directly to Property Manager. Our onsite manager will be out for 2 months and we are seeking someone to oversee the property and communicate all issues as needed. This complex includes 2 buildings and 128 units. The residents are extremely friendly and helpful, making it a friendly enviromnment to work Duties & Skills
- General oversight and understnading of the property and building equipment
- Meet and direct outside contractors to required location
- Maintaining accurate records and logs, if necessary
- Inspect property on a regular basis to ensure a safe and clean environment, including walking the entire property in the morning to clean up any debris or refuse.
- Ability to interact with a wide and diverse range of people, and be able to communicate and understand English
- Observe and report to Property Management any issues
- Perform daily cleaning of interior common hallway and outdoor areas to keep teh grounds neat and free of litter
- Inform property manager of problems observe on the property, changes in residents, violations, and issues with vendors.
