This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse maintenance skills, from electrical and plumbing repairs to carpentry and HVAC. You'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. This is a 20-25 hour per week position, Monday through Friday. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required background screening and compliance with the organization's drug-free workplace requirements. Responsibilities Review service order logbook each workday and prioritize open work orders Maintain inventory and purchase approved supplies as needed Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools, etc. to troubleshoot issues effectively. Execute projects to uphold the facility's appearance and safety standards Maintain the grounds by keeping bushes trimmed, mowing the lawn, etc. Support staff members Learn alarm systems and procedures Requirements Proven experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC system repair, carpentry, and painting. Excellent communication skills to effectively document work orders and collaborate with team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
