Maintenance Schedule 8 am to 4:30 pm. Wednesday-Sunday The maintenance worker is responsible for the day-to-day operational maintenance upkeep of the building, this includes performing a daily task list, and assigned in-house building maintenance projects by the property manager. Candidates applying for this position will need the following work experience and skillset: Minimum of 5 years work experience as a building maintenance personnel. Experience in maintaining mechanical system pumps. Pool maintenance.

Complete grounds work:

grounds pick up, sweeping, and maintenance of landscaping fixtures. Light electrical installation. Paint and Drywall wall repair. Job Requirements•Maintenance worker must maintain a professional and courteous relationship with residents, visitors, and vendors.•One must have the ability to follow written and oral instructions.•

Education/Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Required Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Required Job Type:
