Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors; dust furniture and polish fixtures.

Sanitation:

Deep clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch communal areas.

Light Maintenance:

Perform basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, patching drywall, and assembling furniture.

Waste Management:

Empty trash receptacles, manage recycling, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.

Grounds Upkeep:

Keep the exterior perimeter, entryways, and parking areas free of debris.

Inventory:

Monitor and stock cleaning and restroom supplies; report shortages to management.

Safety & Compliance:

Identify and report major repair needs, and adhere strictly to all health, safety, and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or light facility maintenance. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, solvents, and safety procedures. Familiarity with using hand tools and power equipment. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to \(50\text{ lbs}\) and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
