Job Title:
General Laborer /
Site Cleanup & Maintenance Person Overview:
We are looking for an individual to join our team. The candidate will assist with final cleanup tasks on demolition job sites and perform general property maintenance. You must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including high heat.
Key Responsibilities:
Demolition Site Cleanup:
Hand-picking debris and materials to ensure sites are clean and safe.
Landscaping/Maintenance:
Mowing, weed eating, and general site upkeep.
Work Environment:
Ability to stay productive and focused while working independently or as part of a team. Ability to work outdoors in various Florida weather conditions.
Requirements:
Physical Stamina:
Must be able to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 100lbs. regularly, bending, and working in high-heat conditions.
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites daily.
Safety Gear:
We provide hard hats, safety vests, and work gloves. Employees are expected to provide their own steel-toed/work boots and safety glasses.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour (starting pay, based on experience). Full-time, Monday - Friday. Email employer to express interest. Must click Apply for more information.
