Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. The Maintenance Assistant will work closely with Maintenance Manager and other team members to uphold safety standards and maintain equipment functionality. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance. Apply electrical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting electrical systems. Read and interpret schematics to aid in repairs and installations. Engage in residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards. Oversee basic facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with staff and visitors

• Experience Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably within manufacturing or facilities management settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools and machinery safely. Familiarity with ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
