Compensation:

BOE Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
