Role:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to: Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing furniture and fixtures Conducting minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and machinery Assisting with special projects and events, such as setup and tear-down of resident activities Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience preferred Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and move freely around the facility Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent communication and teamwork skills
