Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and janitorial tasks
• daily weekly cleaning/pressure washing of facility grounds
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any urgent repairs or maintenance needs
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• basic electrical and plumbing work

• attention to detail and cleansilness
• must have good time management skills .
• reiliable with regards to work schedule
