The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the overall maintenance of the long-term care facility, which includes conducting routine tests and inspections on various facility systems in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Job Requirements To be considered for this opportunity the following qualifications are required, but are not limited to: Experience working in a long term care facility or a comparable residential healthcare environment Working knowledge of compliance procedures in terms of local/state/federal guidelines and regulations
