High Rise Condominium Complex in Miramar Beach is seeking a maintenance/handyman to work 40 hours from 7:30am4:00:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday. We are looking to add an experienced individual to join and grow with our team. The right person will be able to perform a wide variety of repairs and maintenance. We are seeking a reliable, versatile, and detail-oriented Assistant Maintenance/Handyman to join our condominium maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who is comfortable performing a wide variety of maintenance and handyman tasks both inside condominium units and throughout the property .

Responsibilities Include:

General handyman and maintenance repairs Painting, drywall repair, caulking, and touch-up work Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting Door, lock, cabinet, and hardware repairs Maintenance and repairs inside individual condo units Common-area and building maintenance Pool area, garage, grounds, and exterior maintenance Assist with preventative maintenance projects Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily projects and special assignments
