Maintenance & Grounds Technician:

We are looking for a Jack of all trades personality to perform maintenance of hotel and upkeep of property. Duties include but are limited to: performing basic maintenance such as changing air & HVAC filters, maintaining lighted areas, maintaining area around the pool and patio deck, ensure hotel property is clean and void of safety hazards, conduct minor repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment, diagnose and alert management to major repairs as needed. conduct garbage/ trash checks and empty trash cans. Responsibly for minor landscaping and lawn maintenance to include cutting grass.
