About the Role We are a CNC manufacturing company looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help with a variety of tasks around our facility and shop. This is a multi-purpose position for someone who is comfortable doing different types of work throughout the day. Responsibilities will include packaging finished parts, facility maintenance, minor repairs, painting, light assembly, cleaning, organization, and general shop support. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, works well with their hands, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities

• Package finished parts and prepare orders for shipment
• Wrap, protect, label, and box manufactured components
• Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs
• Handle basic handyman-type projects around the building
• Assist with light mechanical and product assembly
• Perform painting, touch-ups, surface preparation, and facility improvement work
• Install, repair, or replace basic shop and facility items
• Use common hand and power tools
• Keep work areas, equipment, and common areas clean and organized
• Move materials, supplies, boxes, and equipment as needed
• Assist with shop improvement projects
• Help production personnel with miscellaneous support tasks
• Perform other general shop and facility duties as needed Qualifications Good with hand/power tools and a tape measure (read to 1/16") Safety-minded, organized, and clean; can lift 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day Forklift experience or willing to learn (we'll train) Basic shop math; can follow written steps and take clear notes/photos Valid driver's license; 18+ and authorized to work in the U.
