JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance
•janitorial staff person shall be responsible for: Conducting scheduled housekeeping responsibilities and functional cleanup as needed Conducting indoor and outdoor maintenance Stocking consumable supplies upon delivery Assisting members, staff, and visitors Full time hourly position
HOURS:
The Maintenance
•janitorial worker shall be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours during the weekdays with an opportunity to work some overtime when needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
Indoor Responsibilities:
Lighting Carpet cleaning Group setups Janitorial duties Painting Building maintenance
Outdoor Responsibilities:
Weeding Fertilizing Mowing Lawn and equipment maintenance Vehicle cleaning Landscaping Pressure washing
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
➢ Good communication skills ➢ Reliability ➢ Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs. ➢ Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment ➢ Must have own transportation ➢ Must be self-starter ➢ Must have carpenter skills ➢ Must be able to pass background check
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
High School Diploma or equivalent / related experience.
