Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Maintenance professional to support hospital facilities through routine upkeep and repairs. This role involves performing painting, miscellaneous repairs, and general maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment within healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital maintenance operations and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Conduct painting projects throughout hospital facilities, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished to high standards. Perform miscellaneous repairs as needed, addressing issues related to building infrastructure, fixtures, and equipment. Assist with routine maintenance tasks to uphold safety and operational efficiency within the hospital environment. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and hospital staff to prioritize repair needs and complete tasks efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document completed work and report ongoing maintenance needs to supervisors for follow-up. Experience Proven experience in commercial or hospital maintenance, including painting and general repairs. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures relevant to healthcare facilities. Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and execute repairs effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
