We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our residential maintenance and construction team. This position involves assisting with renovation and maintenance projects, job site cleanup, pressure washing, landscape clean ups and final cleaning to prepare homes for tenant move-ins.

Responsibilities:

General construction labor and maintenance assistance Landscaping, tree and bush trimming, planting, mulching, etc. Demolition, material handling, and job site preparation Assisting hvac techs in attics running duct work installing equipment Assisting roofer with roof and exterior repairs Assisting with painting, drywall, repairs, and renovations Pressure washing homes, driveways, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces Cleaning job sites during and after construction work Property clean out, removing items left by tenants inside and out Performing detailed final cleanings to prepare homes for tenant move-in Removing debris, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring properties are move-in ready Following directions from supervisors and maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work in Florida heat Must have basic hand tools Construction or labor experience preferred Pressure washing experience is a plus Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials Dependable, punctual, and

Compensation:

Pay based on experience Full-time work available

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
