Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in general repairs, maintenance, or trades.

Certifications:

No formal certifications or licenses are required if you meet the 5-year experience requirement.

Tools:

You must own your own standard hand and power tools for daily tasks.

Transportation:

You must have reliable personal transportation to travel to initial job sites.

Skills:

Proficiency in a variety of trades, such as light carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, and general maintenance.

What We Provide Company Vehicle & Specialized Tools:

While you are required to have your own primary tools and transport, the company will provide a company vehicle and specialized tools when needed for specific, large-scale, or complex projects. Steady stream of jobs and managed scheduling. Competitive pay based on your depth of experience.
