Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, performing repairs, and supporting the overall safety and functionality of our environment. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming space for all occupants and visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the smooth running of our operations. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete mechanical repairs and fabrication tasks. Carry out maintenance painting and carpentry tasks to uphold the building's interior aesthetics and structural integrity. Support facilities equipment maintenance by managing MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) supplies and ensuring safety standards are met. Assist with building interior maintenance projects that enhance the environment for staff and visitors. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating clearly with team members. Experience Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, schematics, and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters. Knowledge of residential painting, carpentry, plumbing system maintenance, and minor electrical equipment repair. Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures in a commercial or residential setting. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks effectively across teams. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks independently while supporting team efforts. Join us as part of our dedicated maintenance team! Pay:
$22.50 - $25.00 per hour
