Job Description

Full Job Description FT Maintenance Position We are a growing organization, seeking the right candidate to join our Property in Iowa City, IA. Our ideal candidate will have strong maintenance skills and be dedicated to improving the community. General knowledge of utility and water/sewer systems is a requirement for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Keep property in safe and habitable condition Comply with Property Safety Standards Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Mowing and weed whipping community & vacant lots. Assist with water testing the pool
Education Requirements:
High school graduate with some college preferred
Work Experience Requirements:
Basic Maintenance and utility knowledge is a requirement.
