Maintenance Staff Schedule/Shifts Available:

Full-time 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with every 3rd Sunday Make a Difference Every Day - Join Care Initiatives as a vital part of our maintenance team! What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:

Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable. Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment. Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed. Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed. Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely. Interest in creating and maintaining a home-like atmosphere. Passion for providing excellent customer service to our residents.
