LOCATION

MAINTENANCE Job Goal:

Ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of district buildings and grounds through skilled HVAC maintenance and general repair work.

Qualifications:

1. Idaho Journeyman License is required. 2. Commercial HVAC experience and background in construction and maintenance work are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on district equipment and buildings, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor construction tasks. Assist with snow removal and plowing of parking lots as needed. Transport equipment and supplies as directed. Perform such other tasks and assume such other responsibilities that are legal, moral and ethical as the district may assign. Essential Functions (with or without reasonable accommodations): Communicate effectively in person and comprehend written and oral instructions. Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documents. Operate work-related tools, equipment, and vehicles safely and efficiently. Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas. Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
