Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Maintenance Staff to join our team! In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility's infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and building interiors and exteriors. Your proactive maintenance efforts will help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, families and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and building interiors to ensure optimal functioning. Use hand tools, and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment. Conduct carpentry, painting, and other maintenance tasks to uphold the facility's appearance and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents to resolve issues efficiently. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures to prevent accidents or hazards. Requirements Experience in maintenance or related roles with knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, HVAC system repair, welding, carpentry, and painting. Ability to perform electrical work safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork. Gain Knowledge of facilities equipment maintenance procedures. Experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair; residential painting skills are desirable.
