This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks both inside and outside the building, including repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with various tools and equipment, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of a dynamic facility while developing your skills across multiple maintenance disciplines. Duties Conduct routine inspections of indoor and outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Perform general repairs using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators or lawn mowers Maintain landscaping including lawn care, mowing, tree trimming, shrubbery pruning, and landscape maintenance to enhance curb appeal Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise Execute snow plowing and de-icing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for all users Assist with construction or renovation projects involving hardscape installation, gardening, or other outdoor improvements Support tree care activities such as trimming or removal to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain indoor facilities by repairing fixtures, lighting, HVAC components, and other building systems Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in building maintenance or related fields Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, gardening, and horticulture practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, and heavy machinery like excavators safely and effectively Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing techniques, tree trimming methods, and hardscape installation is preferred Experience in construction or renovation projects is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in both indoor and outdoor environments Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Join us in maintaining a vibrant environment where safety meets aesthetics!
