Job Description

Titan Wheel is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Building Maintenance Technician to support our facility on 2nd shift. This hands-on position performs preventive maintenance, responds to service requests, troubleshoots building systems, and completes repairs to help keep the facility safe, clean, and fully operational. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and complete general repairs involving plumbing, lighting, doors, fixtures, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent facility issues during second shift.
  • Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts used.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, repair supplies, and assigned work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies.
  • Support facility projects and assist production, operations, or custodial teams as needed.
Hours:
3:00p.m. to 11:00p.m Monday - Friday Additional hours as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education (GED); and/or equivalent combination or education, experience, and training that provides the essential functions of this position. Must be able to read blueprints. Must have math skills equivalent to high school or trade school and be able tp0do average calculations. Previous building, facilities, industrial, or property maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to read and follow directions. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to work with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Must be able to drive forklifts, loaders, trucks, and carts. Must have a valid driver's license. Must provide basic tools.
Physical Demands:
Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, and lift or move up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

$21.89 - $25.41 per hour
