Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team for both commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, capable of handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. This full-time position offers competitive pay, with the rate determined by experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations in residential and commercial properties. Handle tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general upkeep. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Assist with project management as needed, including coordinating with picking up correct supplies. Complete all work accurately and in timely manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar trade (residential/commercial). Knowledge of general maintenance tasks Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to work without supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members. Must be able to read a tape measure.
