Job Description Facilities The Facilities Member plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment at The Stanley Clark School. This position supports both indoor facilities operations and outdoor grounds care to ensure that students, faculty, staff, and families experience a campus that reflects excellence, integrity, and pride. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall) Respond promptly to maintenance requests Assist in monitoring HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Identify and report larger repair needs or safety concerns Support preventative maintenance efforts Assist with cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas as needed Support floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Assist with event setup and breakdown May operate grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, snow removal equipment) Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months Help maintain safe walkways, parking areas, and entrances May support seasonal campus projects (mulching, planting, leaf removal) Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures Assist in emergency response situations Maintain organized storage areas and equipment Other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities and the
