Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, possess the ability to perform basic preventive maintenance, keep accurate records, troubleshoot issues and respond to a wide variety of light maintenance requests. Duties Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Assist in contacting and coordinating vendors. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from admin and staff. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Assist with grounds care and snow removal Other duties as assigned Experience Hands-on mechanical and/or general repair experience is preferred. Good customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively. Minor repair experience or ability such as, replace door knobs, hang items, minor sheet rock repair, install TVs or other fixtures, minor electrical, seal and caulk leaks, identify plumbing issues, change lights, replace ceiling tiles, general repair knowledge. These are examples and are not all required, and many other types of repair experience could be helpful. A valid Kansas Driver's License and background check authorization is required. Must be a hard worker with a good work history and references.
