Position Summary:

The position is responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings are clean and in efficient working condition.

Main duties are:

Grass cutting, trimming hedges and bushes, Snow removal, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, etc. Knowledge of electrical work, HVAC, and basic welding is helpful, but not required. This full-time position works Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Butler location. No Evenings, No Weekends, No Holidays!!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated knowledge with lawn tools and basic household tools Prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair is helpful, but not required. Ability to read and write. Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.
