Join Our Senior Living Community We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and flexible MaintenanceTechnician to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. If you enjoy hands-on work and appreciate that no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities The Maintenance/Housekeeping Technician will be responsible for: Cleaning four resident rooms in our Memory Care neighborhood each day Picking up trash and debris around the outside of the building Watering indoor and outdoor plants as needed Spot cleaning carpets and addressing housekeeping needs throughout the community Changing light bulbs, including working from a ladder when necessary Replacing furnace filters on a rotating maintenance schedule Completing painting projects as needed Assisting residents with basic maintenance-related requests Performing general building maintenance and repairs Completing other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director Qualifications Basic painting experience required Basic plumbing knowledge Basic electrical knowledge Ability to safely use ladders and maintenance equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience in maintenance, housekeeping, senior living, apartment communities, or related fields is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and enjoys a variety of tasks. This role is ideal for a person who takes initiative and understands that each day brings different maintenance and housekeeping needs. A positive attitude and willingness to help residents and team members are essential. Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Position Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00
PM Starting Pay:
