The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions. Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club's standards and procedures
• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
• HVAC experience
• Other duties as required
• Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
