Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying busy, and seeing the results of your hard work at the end of the day? Calvert Drive-In Theater & Arcade is looking for a dependable, self-motivated maintenance team member to help keep our property looking its best. This is a hands-on position that includes everything from groundskeeping and cleaning to light construction and repair projects. No two days are exactly alike! Schedule Thursday through Monday (may vary) 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (approximately 25 hours per week) Off Tuesdays and Wednesdays Some schedule flexibility may be required during special events. Responsibilities Mow and maintain lawns and landscaped areas. Pick up litter and keep the property clean and welcoming. Clean and stock public restrooms. Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, and outdoor areas. Paint, stain, and perform general property upkeep. Build shelving, storage solutions, and other small improvement projects. Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance. Assist with seasonal projects and other duties as needed. Assist with themed decorations.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is a self-starter and works well independently Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and well-maintained Can identify tasks that need attention without constant direction Is dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Has experience using lawn equipment and basic hand and power tools Can lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Has a positive attitude and enjoys solving problems Preferred Qualifications Experience in general maintenance, landscaping, construction, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Valid driver's license preferred.
