Job Description

Job Title:
Railroad Maintenance Laborers Days & Hours:
M-F; 6a.-4p.m. (Some O.T. may be required)
Hourly Pay Rate:
$18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain railroad ties, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Perform heavy lifting to handle materials and equipment necessary for projects. Utilize basic tools and equipment efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold safety standards. Potentially travel out of state for project assignments, with all travel expenses, including hotel accommodations, covered. Per diem is provided for meal allowances.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures related to manual labor. Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and to travel as needed. Reliable, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. #INDO
